WHAT DOES THE ROLE OFFER?
As an IT Technician at Structab AB, you will play a central role in Structab's IT team, which is now expanding to include six support staff including yourself. Your mission will be to develop and maintain the internal IT environment as well as the IT environment SDS, which supports operations for approximately 45 taxi centers. You will also be responsible for Structab's accounting center, which collects and conveys accounting data to authorities. An important part of your work will be optimizing the monitoring of these IT environments. Additionally, you will be part of the standby force, ready to handle unforeseen situations.

WHO ARE YOU?
- You have a relevant technical education of at least a few years.
- Have several years of experience in data network operations and/or maintenance.
- Are curious, driven, and a team player with attention to detail and perseverance.
- Are responsive and ready to contribute to our team with your unique ideas and perspectives.
- Are comfortable speaking to customers and suppliers over the phone.
- Experience with Windows Server 2019-2022 and Linux server, installation, configuration, and management.
- Knowledge of working with virtual servers (Hyper-V/Xen) and understanding their advantages.
- Basic understanding of information security (SOC, EDR) and awareness of current threat landscapes.
- Experience in operations monitoring and the ability to identify and respond to incidents in real-time.
- Experience/knowledge in programming. Python, PowerShell, Linux Shell Scripting, and Node.js. Experience with other programming languages is also advantageous.
- Experience with Configuration Management and especially Ansible is advantageous.
