Structab Redovisningscentral

Application to Structab's redovisningscentral:
If you operate a taxi business, you are required to transfer data from the taximeter to a redovisningscentral. Here's what you need to do:

1. Sign an agreement with our redovisningscentral (either directly or through your taxi central).
2. Register vehicles with our redovisningscentral - link to vehicle registration form.
3. Notify the Swedish Transport Agency of the Accounting Center you have chosen for your vehicle(s).

Data transfer to redovisningscentralen at least once a week:
According to Swedish law, a taxi-registered vehicle must transfer data to redovisningscentralen at least once a week. If the vehicle will be stationary for more than seven days, this must be reported to our redovisningscentral. The easiest way to handle this is to get a login to the redovisningscentral (see Login in the menu above). You can also use the forms in the menu above (Vehicle Temporary Out of Service) or email rc@structab.se.
If data is not transferred, the Swedish Transport Agency will see that you have missed transfers, and your taxi operating permit may be revoked.

Important!
All changes regarding registration number and organization number (e.g., vehicle change and change of ownership) must also be reported to our redovisningscentral. Use the forms in the menu above or email rc@structab.se. Also, when vehicles are deregistered as taxis, this must be reported to us and the Swedish Transport Agency.
